Q: How do I know if the ring or bracelet will fit me?

A: We provide the size in either Thai ring size or in millimeters. If you're unsure, please measure your finger or wrist circumference using a string or soft tape, then refer to our size chart or send us the measurement we’ll help you match it to the closest size. Click here

Q: What is the symbolic meaning behind each piece (e.g. Naga, Navaratna)?

A: Many of our pieces carry auspicious meanings. For example, the "Naga bracelet" symbolizes protection and prosperity, while the "Navaratna ring" represents cosmic balance and powerful blessings, according to ancient Thai beliefs.

Q: Are your items made of real gold? What is the gold content?

A: All of our pieces are made from genuine gold.
If an item is crafted from silver instead, it will be clearly stated in the product description.
Most of our gold pieces are antique, with a high gold content ranging from 70% to 90%.
It’s also common for vintage jewelry to contain lac or natural resin on the inside a traditional technique used in the past to help preserve the shape and structure of the piece.

Q: What is your policy for returns, exchanges, or resale?

A: We offer consignment and exchange services with a 20% service fee based on the item’s value.
To be eligible, the piece must be in its original condition undamaged, unaltered, and not previously cleaned or polished.

Q: Do you have a physical storefront where I can view the items in person?

A: At present, we operate primarily online and do not have a physical storefront.
However, customers are welcome to schedule a viewing or pickup in Lopburi.
If an in-person visit isn’t convenient, we’re more than happy to provide additional photos or videos of any item upon request.

Q: Do all items come with a certificate of authenticity or guarantee?

A: Each piece from our store includes detailed information and specifications, which can serve as proof for after-sales services or consignment resale according to our store’s terms and conditions.
